Credits explained

Credits are the currency that powers your AI conversations. Here is how they work.

Detail	Description
What is a credit?	One credit equals one AI-generated response in a chat conversation. Each time the chatbot answers a visitor question, one credit is consumed.
Monthly allocation	Your plan includes a fixed number of credits that reset at the start of each billing cycle.
Rollover policy	Unused credits do not roll over to the next month. Your allocation resets to the plan amount on each renewal date.

Out of credits? When your credit balance reaches zero, the chatbot will display a friendly fallback message and offer to connect the visitor with a human agent. Purchase a top-up pack to restore service instantly.

Need more credits before your next billing cycle? Purchase a top-up pack at any time — credits are added to your balance immediately.

VAT All prices shown are exclusive of VAT. Dutch 21% BTW is applied automatically. EU businesses with a valid VAT number can apply the reverse-charge mechanism.

Frequently asked questions

Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the admin portal. When upgrading, the new credit allocation takes effect immediately. When downgrading, the change applies at the start of your next billing cycle.

What happens when I run out of credits?

Your chatbot will display a friendly fallback message to visitors and offer to connect them with a human agent via the escalation system. You can restore AI responses instantly by purchasing a top-up pack.

Do unused credits roll over?

No. Your monthly credit allocation resets at the start of each billing cycle. Top-up credits, however, remain available until they are used — they do not expire at the end of the month.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. You can cancel at any time, and your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
